You´ll gain insights into the Together Hawkeyes campaign and plans to expand programming to support student success. You´ll also learn about other university happenings as you hear from Barbara Wilson, University of Iowa President and Lynette Marshall, UI Center for Advancement President and CEO.
You´ll also have a chance to go back to class for engaging sessions with Christian Pettker, Department Executive Officer and the Jennifer R. Niebyl Chair in the UI Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Tyler Bell, Provost AI Fellow and Associate Professor in the UI Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Career Connect Calls will be one-hour Zoom calls where Graduate & Professional Programs students can connect and network with others in the Iowa MBA, MSBA, MSFIN, and/or Professional Certificate programs. These calls with recur one Friday per month at 12 p.m. CT. The goal is to connect with each other, and depending on attendance will be broken out into smaller groups to enhance the experience—e.g. job function, industry, career goals, etc.

Join us for the Tippie Graduate & Professional Programs Hot Wing Challenge. During this event we'll be interviewing Associate Dean for Graduate Professional Programs Erin Nelson and Associate Professor Daniel Newton while they sample hot wings of varying heat levels. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during the event as well as sample the same hot sauces.
Students who RSVP by February 2 and agree to a waiver statement in the linked survey below will receive a complimentary selection of hot sauce to enjoy alongside this event. The hot sauce will be shipped mid-February so you'll receive it before the event.

A former Faculty of the Year award recipient and a widely published researcher, Stover will present a program titled “What Were They Thinking? Examples of Marketing Failures and Lessons Learned.”
