Most of us treat our calendars like a series of obligations rather than a strategic asset. But the most effective leaders know that how you spend your time is the ultimate reflection of your priorities. To be the CEO of your life, you have to master two critical skills—knowing when to lean in with a “Yes” and knowing exactly how to say “No.”
In this session, we’re bringing together two experts to help you audit your time and energy. Associate Professor of Practice Rob Rouwenhorst will share how to build the “Habits of Yes”—the small, consistent actions that create momentum and open doors to new opportunities. Then, Associate Professor Michele Williams will dive into the “Strategic No”—the relational science of setting boundaries and declining requests without damaging your professional reputation.
Whether you are looking to build new momentum or protect your current focus, this conversation will help you transition from being a passenger in your own schedule to being the CEO of your calendar.
